Ferro-Cell® utilizes Albion’s Ferrochel (Iron bisglycinate chelate), which is a small, more stable molecule with no ionic charge, resulting in no interaction with other nutrients. Overall this Iron is more bioavailable (readily assimilated and taken up by the body), with less gastric upset, such as nausea and constipation. The result is a superior iron.
 
Ferro-Cell’s advantage to other forms of iron has to do with the process of chelation. This process combines small protein peptides with minerals, in this case Iron, to enhance bioavailability.
